What it comes down to: The more you want out of your footage the more it will cost. Spending less will not get a shoddy product, the video will just receive the basic
editing package, you are still ahead of the game by having a produced video.
The sky is the limit, if you want to spend a little more you will receive a longer and more polished video.

What you do

Shoot your video footage and send it to me and I edit it. Thats basically it.
Additionally, if you want any image overlays, you will have to supply those as well. Any music will need to be submitted also.
Outside the realm of a simple clean up, you will need to provide written direction as to the flow and order of the "scenes".
A small deposit of $10.00 sent to my PayPal is also required.

What I do

After receiving all I need to start (Video, images, music, instructions, etc...) I'll edit the footage and put
together the finished product.
Once I'm done with the video (or first pass if needed) I'll email it to you so you can give it a look for
approval. After all is good and approved we tidy up any additional changes and charges and I'll email (or
upload to Dropsend or Dropload) your finished product. You upload it and your done, a nice, edited,
interesting video awaits your audience.

Tips
*****************************************************************
- Try to lead in and out of all takes with at least 2 good seconds of video for good scene cuts or transitions.
- Feel free to give your editing instructions RIGHT ON THE VIDEO before or after the shot, I will of course cut this out.
This is a great way to explain exactly what you want done with the shot, it helps you stay focused as well saying aloud your intentions.
- An easy way to record a voice over or a narrative is to go to a quiet room, sit next to your camcorder and
read your lines or say what you want to say.
I can strip apart the audio from the video and use just the audio for the voice over or narrative.
- Once you have your shot video, images, music and any voice... put all in a directory together and Zip them up and send just the one file. Its easier that way and it might be a little smaller too.
